I am the owner of Dance of Change and have over 20 years experience as a Somatic Therapist and as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am the Developer of the Reclaiming Our Bodies program for women and the Emotions in Motion Program for kids, which was the subject of a Post-Docturate research study at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. I have been leading somatic (body based groups) for organizations including Adobe Corporation, Johnson and Johnson, Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente and McCallum Place since 2001.
